In April 1994, Eton Properties Ltd. Beijing Office was established to deal with real estate development, communication and consultation on investment projects and to do preparatory work for the group to make a large-scale debut in China. With development of the Chinese real estate market, to better integrate domestic resources and to effectively distribute domestic human and financial resources, the company established Eton Properties Group and Management Center in Beijing in the first half of 2005. Now there are 8 functional departments in the Beijing Management Center to deal with core management on finance, accounting, engineering design, project management and supervision, auditing, law and performance evaluation, which provide a platform of resource sharing for all companies and effectively maintains corporate functions.
