On Feb 17, 2006, in the Witnessing Value of Chinese Real Estate, 2006 Summit organized by the China Real Estate Club of Commerce Media Center and China Real Estate magazine, the "Eton Legend" project was developed by Eton Properties Ltd. (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., which also won the 2005 China Real Estate Value Prize.
