Since lessees were arranged in Uptown for renovation in May 2006, many lessees have completed renovation and successively opened their business such as Dazhong Electronics, Dingguagua Color Cotton Garments and Watsons & Baleno. At the end of July, areas that have procured businesses accounted to 70% of the overall building area.
