" The Sun Crest"  developed by Lihui Real estate Development Co., Ltd., has a building area of 280000 M² that was developed in 3 stages after the first stage groundbreaking in 1996. It includes seven high-ranking apartments, one commercial building and Uptown shopping mall.After 10 years of painstaking efforts, it was completed when the third stage was put into service in May 2006.A joke in the current trade circle is that " The Sun Crest" is the only building that has been researched with any concentration for 10 years in Beijing.
