At present, NBBJ has completed the updated script of the detailed layout plan, has reported it to the Bureau of Urban Planning and is making further alterations according to its feedback. Models and effective drawings of the new plan are currently being produced.


Contact Dept. has a bid discussion on a foreign structure consultant, electromechanical consultant and material surveyor, as well as feedback analysis. Preparatory work is completed for corporate approval.


Design on the master construction schedule plan, bid plan of general contracting of apartment construction, project (apartment, skirt building, public building) estimation and engineering evaluation and fund plan have all been completed.
