On the morning of April 29, Secretary Zhang Chengyan, of the municipal committee of the CCP met Lucio C. Tan's group in the municipal committee's meeting hall.


Zhang Chengyan claimed that the commencement of "Eton Place.Dalian" project is attracting attention worthy of praise and will play an active role in boosting economic construction and enhancing the urban image of Dalian. He hoped the project would go well, achieve success, further develop in the future and become a "Star Project" in Dalian. The municipal committee of the CCP and city government will keep supporting successful process of foreign projects and more businesses are welcome to survey, invest and develop in Dalian to realize the mutual benefit and earnings. Municipal leaders Xiao Shengfeng and Song Zenbin also attended the meeting.
