The glitz, the glamour and the pageantry reminiscent of an Oscar's Night became the backdrop for the Annual Awards of Lucio Tan –owned company, Eton Properties Philippines, Inc.  The formidable Eton sales teams trooped to scenic Tagaytay recently with the elegant ladies dressed in stylish full-length gowns and the dashing men in coat and tie. A lavish extravaganza befitting the company's crème de la crème unfolded, complete with a red carpet entrance and a sumptuous dinner.  Present in the exclusive affair were Basic Holdings Executive John Tan and Eton President and COO Danilo Ignacio.


This special night saluted the achievements of the dedicated men and women behind Eton Properties, now the country's fastest growing real estate company.  In its first year of operations, the company's sales teams produced remarkable sales beyond expectations.  Its initial project, the premium 39-storey The Eton Residences Greenbelt has been fully sold-out within two months from launch date.  Only a few units remain in The Eton Baypark Manila, Eton's second project offering majestic and perpetual views of Manila Bay and Rizal Park.  These two successful ventures were followed by other hot-selling projects Eton Emerald Lofts in Ortigas, One Archers Place in Manila, Belton Place and Eton Parkview Greenbelt in Makati and the massive Eton City, the country's first island lot development. 


In noting this milestone banner year, Danilo Ignacio handed out Hongkong Disneyland trips, plaques and trophies to the top sellers.  For 2008, there is more to expect from Eton as it continues to Build with Pride and blaze a trail in the property sector.
