EPPI started introducing its projects to Mainland Chinese Market

Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI), the global real-estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies and the fastest growing real-estate developer in the Philippines, recently started introducing its roster of world-class projects to the Mainland Chinese Market.


From its formation in 2007, EPPI has introduced ten quality projects ranging from residential, BPO offices, township projects to master-planned cities. Through the efforts of Mr. Jonathan Caro, AVP for Business Development, and Mr. Eduardo C. Lim, Jr., International Marketing Manager for China, and with the assistance and support of the Eton Properties Group in Shanghai, EPPI has recently initiated talks last March 10, 2008 with China's largest real-estate broker, E-House, tapping its significant knowledge and the vast potential of the local Chinese Market.


This activity is part of the company's thrust in cross marketing its projects with the Eton Group of Companies, specially in Shanghai, Dalian, and Xiamen.
