The "Tun Kok Tau" project is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with the green belt and Cross-sea Bridge to its west, Shenzhen Bay to its south, and the 15km long "Seashore Corridor" running through it. The project is designed to have sea-view villa, high-class residence, hotel, office building, shopping facility, luxurious yacht club and passenger terminal openable to the public. It has a total land area of 330,000㎡ and an available building area of 800,000㎡.

The project is to be developed in two stages. The first stage with a land area of about 170,000㎡ and a building area of about 340,000㎡ is to be built into a comprehensive property with seaside features combining yacht club, highrise apartment, shopping facility, multistory residence and villa. The second stage has a land area of about 160,000㎡ and a building area of about 400,000㎡.

The preparatory work for the first stage is being carried out at present. In the near future, it is expected that "Tun Kok Tau" project will become a gateway of the west passage, a new landmark of Shekou and a brilliant pearl of Nanshan District.
