Eton Property Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was exclusively funded by Eton Legend Property Management Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Hong Kong Eton Properties Ltd., which was registered and established in February 2005 in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. All corporate senior management and members of directorates have been working in investment and development, lease of land, architectural design, civil engineering and real estate management and have accumulated rich experiences in foreign and domestic real estate management.

Eton Property Management Co., Ltd. will work together with DTZ to make use of the investor's advanced ideas and experiences in real estate management and local human resources in Shanghai to dispatch professional management personnel, engineers and technicians to strictly implement relevant government stipulations and real estate management ordinances, establish corresponding rules and regulations in internal management, and to undertake and participate in real estate management of buildings concerned in Shanghai. At present, Eton Property Management Co., Ltd. has undertaken the real estate management of Shanghai Eton Place, shops and parking lot.
