"Eton Ming Yuan" is located in Xinchang Town, Nanhui, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, adjacent to Zhoupu, Kangqiao and Hangtou, belonging to an emerging area with fast economic growth. The project with a land area of 19,350㎡, planned FAR of 2.8 and a building area of 54,180㎡ will be dominated by residences and supplemented with business facilities. The estimated total investment is 450 million yuan (including land price).

"Eton Ming Yuan" enjoys an excellent geographic location and is only 5km from the "Shanghai Disneyland" to be built soon. The newly built inter-district fast trunk roads are crisscross in the town. The metro to be open to traffic in 2012 will have a station here and join the metro network of Shanghai. It takes only 40min to the downtown. The traffic is extremely convenient. Besides, Xinchang Town is a leading ancient civilization town in Pudong New Area and still preserves numerous ancient buildings built in the Ming and Qing dynasties. It will bring out the best in each other with the future "Eton Ming Yuan". 

Currently, "Eton Ming Yuan" is in a stage of conceptual design and procedure handling. It is predicted that the project will start construction at the end of 2010 and completed in 1.5 years. By then, the market prospect of "Eton Ming Yuan" based on the conception of "Disneyland" will be rather promising.
