In 1994, Beijing Office of Eton Properties Ltd. was set up.  

In the first half of 2005, Eton Properties Group and Beijing Management Center were set up.  

Eton Properties Group has eight real estate companies, three property management companies and three hotel management companies (managing a 5-star luxurious business hotel and a regional luxurious private club). In addition, it also offers management assistance and forms a strategic alliance with multiple projects developed in Mainland China by its Hong Kong-based listed subsidiary company.
