"Eton Centre·Xiamen" is located on the western side of the north end of Lujiang Road in Xiamen with a land area of about 21,810㎡ and a total floorage of 350,000㎡ and consists of 4 towers and an annex, which is a shopping center. After completion, the project will include a super 5-star hotel of 60,000㎡, a hotel apartment of 170,000㎡, a Grade-A office building of nearly 170,000㎡, a top-ranking commercial building of 40,000㎡, a large underground car park with 1,600 parking spaces and other supporting facilities. The project laid the foundation in a high profile on February 18, 2009. After completion, "Eton Centre·Xiamen" will become the largest commercial complex in the CBD of Xiamen and another landmark building of Eton Group in Mainland China.
