At 5 pm November 16, 2010, Eton Properties Group and Beitang Economic Zone of Binhai New Area, Tianjin held a headquarters project signing ceremony in Tianjin Guest Hotel. Lucio C. Tan, the Board Chairman of Eton Properties Group, his wife, President Mr. Cheung Chi Ming, Executive Vice President Patrick Wong, Vice President Yang Xiaoping, He Lifeng, the Secretary of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the Secretary of Binhai New Area District Party Committee, Li Weicheng, a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary-General of Binhai New Area District Party Committee, Vice District Governor Yang Shihai and the leaders of Tianjin Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, related departments of the district and Beitang Economic Zone were present at the signing ceremony.

First of all, Secretary He Lifeng expressed welcome to the delegation led by Mr. Lucio C. Tan and congratulated the signing of the project. He said vigorous development of headquarters economy is a major and strategic move of Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Mr. Lucio C. Tan and its business team quickly determined the development plan of setting up a northern headquarters in Beitang Economic Zone and made material progress in a short time. This indicates their great confidence and support to the opening and development of Binhai New Area. He hopes Mr. Lucio C. Tan could further increase investment, broaden the fields of cooperation, give scope to his important role as a renowned overseas Chinese leader and promote more overseas Chinese organizations and entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia to make deeper and practical cooperation with Binhai New Area. The New Area will provide the best service and work together with enterprises for common prosperity.

Zong Guoying, the Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Governor of Binhai New Area said in his speech that Beitang Economic Area is an important component of the "ten battles"of Binhai New Area and will be shaped into an important conference site and a cluster of enterprise headquarters in North China. Eton Properties Group enjoys high reputation in the trade. Setting up northern headquarters here reflects the foresight and sagacity of the Group. Eton intends to develop the Beitang project signed this time into its northern headquarters. The registered capital of this project is not less than 100 million dollars. Moreover, Lucio C.
