On the morning of January 28, 2010, "Popular real estate brands in Xiamen" – Xiamen award issuing ceremony for listed real estate brands and the ceremony for announcement of the responsibility declaration of brand real estate enterprises in Xiamen, and the launch ceremony of "brand real estate running around Xiamen" specially planned by House Weekly of Xiamen Daily were held in Bailuzhou.

Eton Properties Group received the title of a real estate enterprise with a "new-power" brand in Xiamen real estate sector and gathered with 27 most powerful, popular, reputable and representative real estate brands of Xiamen in Bailuzhou.  

Mr. Benito Choa, the General Manager of Eton Properties (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. and Mr. Liu Haibo, the Deputy General Manager attended this award issuing ceremony and signed on the "Responsibility Declaration of Brand Real Estate Enterprises" together with the other 27 brand enterprises to jointly release the responsibility declaration of brand real estate enterprises", showing the sense of responsibility of a brand enterprise. Meanwhile a 12m long bus painted with "Eton Properties" LOGO was unveiled. As a representative of the group's brand, the bus will "run" in Xiamen so that more citizens may know Eton Properties. Eton Properties Group will work together with other real estate product brands to jointly push on the harmonious and health development of Xiamen real estate market, truly entering a brand building age.
