Beijing Eton team

In flowering and sunny July, the employees of Eton in Beijing area received annual outing organized by the trade union of the Group. The activity lasted two days (July 14-15). The destination is Huairou District - "Resort of Beijing". Some employees of the three companies (Beijing Management Center, Beijing Longfast Property Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Capital Trade Land Ltd.) of the Group in Beijing actively attended this "Huairou tour" with pleasure.  

The outing of employees of a company is also a process of deepening relationship and reforging team spirit, which is exactly one of the reasons why the trade union organizes outing every year. A team of one mind is a precondition for a world-class enterprise.

A big treat of Longfast employees

August 4-5, 2007, the employees of Beijing Longfast Property Development Co., Ltd. went to the beautiful seaside of Qinhuangdao.

Under the starry sky, they strolled on the soft beach barefooted against the gentle breeze. A group photo was taken to keep this good moment. Everybody cherishes infinite blessing and attachment to Longfast and the Group and beams with the expectation to happiness and the contentment and imagination to work and life.  

 

Dalian Eton Team

Dalian is a beautiful harbor city and also has tranquil mountain streams where you may relax yourselves and adjust your mood. Probably because Eton Dalian and Eton Beijing are two closest companies of the Group in China, the trade union of Eton Dalian seemingly has formed a tacit agreement with Eton Beijing. They also organized the employees to have a cool holiday in "Bingyu Valley", a natural scenic area of Dalian in July. The trade union of Eton Dalian organized an excursion in scorching summer to cool the employees down. Green and lofty mountains, murmuring brooks and luxuriant trees relaxed their bodies and recharged their fighting will.

In the time when the project in Dalian was just started and the colleagues were gradually familiarizing each other, this outing was like a get-together, pulled them closer and enhanced their friendship. The smooth progress of "Eton Place • Dalian" project creates a better working condition.

shanghai  Eton Team

——The night of roof sealing

In Shanghai, a city emitting fragrance of evening primrose, we held a celebration dinner party in the night of the successful sealing of the roof of "Eton Place • Shanghai". We invited all domestic and foreign advisors and experts participating in architectural design, the staff of the construction organizations and the employees of Eton Shanghai to jointly celebrate this important day. It is the result of our joint effort and a masterpiece created by all of us.

Tour to Shaoxing and Hangzhou

Shanghai is a southern city, with small temperature difference in the four seasons. The climate is humid and comfortable all the time. What is more, the city is surrounded by beautiful tourist cities. For this reason, the trade union will organize employees to travel to the neighboring provinces. The tours to Shaoxing and Hangzhou fall into the category of outskirts tours in Eton Shanghai. The exceptional geographic and environmental advantages of the employees in Shanghai are greatly admired by the employee of the companies of Eton in northern China. If possible, Mr. Cheung Chi Ming, the CEO of Eton Properties Group and Mr. Patrick Wong, the Executive Vice will join the tours. 

The support and participation of the leaders of the Group to the activities not only enhance the cohesion between management layer and grassroots employees but also greatly stimulate employee's enthusiasm for participation and work. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shenzhen Eton Team 

——A tour to Wutong Mountain

In October 2005, the colleagues Eton Shenzhen were making unremitting effort for the commencement of the project. In order to relieve employees'stress, the trade union organized an outing for them. When the employees reached the summit of Wutong Mountain, they gave out the most brilliant smiles. They would face tomorrow's challenge with greater vigor and enthusiasm. 

The teams of Eton, big or small, all are of one mind and optimistic under the leadership of the managerial staff. This is the cohesion of Eton Group and the solidarity fostered by a good group culture. We believe that with such good trade unions and such kind and optimistic employee teams, the people of Eton can conquer all difficulties. 

 

 

Xiamen Eton Team

——People of Xiamen Eton as happy as larks

At the end of 2005, a lively yearend evening party was held in International Club on the seventh floor of Xiamen Bank Center. Everybody beamed with smiles, showed satisfaction and enjoyed the time.  

This is a group photo of the colleagues of Eton Xiamen taken on Tong'an Beichen Mountain at the end of 2005. How spectacular and tidy they are! Smiles were on the face of everybody. We were as harmonious as a family! 

In fact, we indeed are a family. All employees of Eton are a family, regardless of distance. We will stick together and be of one mind! The power of Eton is enormous. The team of Eton is excellent. The employees of Eton are happy. We are grateful to being a member of Eton team and feel proud of Eton. All real estate employees of Eton in China will face challenges with the most optimistic and confident attitude under the leadership of the management layer of the Group.
